Was excited to receive my battery. Came damaged (see pics). Reached out to company 3 times for replacement or refund with no response. Had to go thru my bank to get my money back and now they ask for a review. Well here you go...do not buy from them.

I received the wrong item and the company hasn't responded in 2 weeks. I'm out $45 dollars and stuck with a product I didn't order.

They send out defective products and steal your money. They do not respond to the customer. The only method of contact is email and they ignore all of them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Total ripoff!! SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STRIO!!!
